Returns & Replacements
At Valsamocrete, we are committed to the quality of our products and take every care to ensure that each order arrives promptly and in excellent condition. However, should you need to return a product, our team is here to assist you.
Right of Return
- You have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
- Before returning any product, prior communication with Valsamocrete is required.
- During your communication with us, you will need to provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
- Valsamocrete reserves the right to request additional information or photographic evidence of the product to be returned.
Inspection Upon Delivery
- Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the external packaging.
- If you notice any visible damage or alteration, you have the right to refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
- Your signature upon delivery confirms that the parcel was received without any visible issues.
- The courier company bears no responsibility if the parcel has been signed for without inspection.
- All products are delivered by Valsamocrete to the transport company in excellent condition.
Product Damage Inside the Package
If the product arrives with intact external packaging but shows damage or alteration internally, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and arrange either a replacement or a refund.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product has been used.
- The internal packaging has been opened or damaged.
- The product is not in its original condition.
Valsamocrete accepts returns only for unused products, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the corresponding proof of purchase.
