Our thyme honey is produced in the UNESCO recognized geopark of Psiloritis at an altitude of more than 700 metres. It has already been preceded by a harvest so that the little honey that will come out, has as pure thyme as possible, as evidenced by its amber colour, its wonderful aroma and its strong taste.
